We are looking out for a candidate who has 15+ years of experience in International Sales particularly in US/UK market, from BPO/US Payroll outsourcing companies.
Location – Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals
- Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Lead and direct Account Managers and Engagement Leaders, focused on delivering value, ensuring quality
- Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue, and profit forecasting
- Engage with senior level client contacts across all areas of the client’s business on a regular basis, delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback
- Develop, drive growth and account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio
- Work closely with the inside sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy for new business pitches
- Effectively “on-board” new client relationships
- Report on sales activity with consistent frequency
- Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Should be holding valid US visa
- Willing to travel at short notice
- Strong experience in US geography and services and can generate leads/Close the deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Experience building successful working relationships with executives
- Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue and qualify leads
