Avi Sklut is a Director with TalentPro India, the Briley Group, among other business held by the Group. He maintains broad responsibilities for managing Briley’s portfolio, as well as driving new business investments and initiatives.

At the Briley Group, Mr. Sklut played a formative role in the initial inorganic acquisitions and integration of XcelHR, subsequently holding the role of Vice President of Operations for three years.  He was part of the formative stages of BJETS, a private jet venture partnership in Asia between the Briley Group and the TATA Group.  Along with implementing a myriad of interests for the Group, he maintains almost 20 years of experience in the PEO and BPO industries.

Mr. Sklut holds a BS from University of Maryland and MBA from Manchester Business School, at the University of Manchester.  He has lived in several countries in Europe and Asia, with extensive international experience throughout the globe.
